Kenyatta's Corner

This is a window into my world, my thoughts and ideas about love, life and pain. I have been writing poetry since the age of thirteen and I have used my poetry to help me with the joy and pain of life. I hope you enjoy sharing my life story.

U Mystify Me

U mystify me[1]

It’s your eyes
It’s your smile.

It’s your smell
It’s your aura

U mystify me

It’s your intellect
Your skill

You do something to me.
It makes me smile at the thought of you.

You make me love you
In ways I didn’t know existed

I am captivated by you.
Beneath your spell, I reside.

You mystify me

No one can hold a candle to you.

You mystify me.

Once
there
a
home
that
held
a heart
or 2
NoT large
nor
small
nor
short
nor
tall
just
big
enough
for
2 FOR 2
JUST
BIG ENOUGH
FOR
2

iN
time
as time
will
do
the small
amongst
them
grew
and
grew and grew and grew
and
yet
the
home
they
knew
they
was still
big enough
for
two for
2
was
still big enough for
2

but
time
that
thief
that jaundiced
ghoul
did
steal
when all
was
still
the
one
of
2
he knew
would
skew
the
home
of 2 of 2 of 2
he
knew
he
knew
he
knew

but
1 of
2
can
still
be
2
when
1 has
flew
has flew
4
love
is
true
and
never skews
tis true
tis true
tis
true
